29. Indomie Chicken Curry Flavour Soup Noodles

Indomie!! Chicken!! Curry!! Instant Noodles!! Give me half a reason to not be excited?!

If you have been following this blog, then you know that Indomie Mi Goreng are my favoritest noods ever and I also absolutely dig simple chicken flavored noodles!

DUH! I am beyond thrilled to try this Indomie Chicken Curry flavor for the first time today!

 Cooking instructions on the pack:

  1. Cook noodles in 400ml boiling water for 3 minutes, add in seasonings and stir well.
  2. Enjoy your delicious Indomie Chicken Curry.

These are microwaveable and you have to follow the same instructions as above.

One of the best quality noods out there.

Eh I was hoping for a sachet of fried onions as well with this pack. Indomie makes THE best fried onions for instant noodles and they should include that sachet with all flavors always!

Nonetheless, we have one sachet of seasoning powder. It has a decent chicken stock aroma to it, which is always good news. The red color is from paprika and it contains traces of garlic powder, onion powder and pepper powder.

 Good old simple stuff!

This is comfort food redefined. Simple flavors, good noodles and a yummy soupy broth to slurp on!

As expected, the noodles hydrated well and they have a good chew to them. Every bite is a mouthful of flavors and amazing chewy noodles. Does one need anything more?!

I like to make my bowl of instant noodles a complete and filling meal, and there is nothing simpler + tastier than adding a spicy fried egg to your noods!

Actually there is more thing simpler and tastier than adding a spicy fried egg, its adding some seaweed and chilli crunch on top of that fried egg.

Yes, adding some edible sea algae to your noods is totally a thing! Do it!

Tip: if you can’t find crushed seaweed just roughly chop up the Nori sheets and use that as garnish. Works equally well.
